ENERGIZE YOUR BODY & FIND STILLNESS

Yoga designed to help fuel your energy, build strength, and expand flexibility.

The practice of yoga and meditation provides a holistic and systematic approach to taking care of ourselves (physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically) so that we may release the tensions and obstacles that stand in the way of our well-being and freedom to be authentic. Through the tools that yoga has to offer, including asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), sound healing, and deep relaxation, we can experience what it means to be fully present in each moment. I aim to create a nurturing environment that guides you beyond the physical experience of yoga into a deeper exploration of Self.

I am deeply appreciative of Kika’s wisdom and ability to shape, tune and intuitively know what is needed in each and every session. Her teachings always seem to address a current need in order to help me move forward by creating the space for expansion and healing.
