The practice of yoga and meditation provides a holistic and systematic approach to taking care of ourselves (physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically) so that we may release the tensions and obstacles that stand in the way of our well-being and freedom to be authentic. Through the tools that yoga has to offer, including asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing techniques), sound healing, and deep relaxation, we can experience what it means to be fully present in each moment. I aim to create a nurturing environment that guides you beyond the physical experience of yoga into a deeper exploration of Self.

Wednesdays 6:30pm Yoga for Meditation

Deepen your yoga practice with guidance and love. Our time together is about connecting with kindred spirits and finding our center through intelligent movement, breath practices and stillness. This multifaceted and holistic approach prepares the body for meditation.
